The Competition Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Malaysia Competition Commission to promote and strengthen cooperation in competition law enforcement and policy between the two agencies.
Under the MoU framework, both agencies could focus on pragmatic, action-oriented collaborations, such as experience-sharing to enhance each other's enforcement capacity and to exchange information on cross-border enforcement activities, as permitted by respective laws .
